Marshelle is a California native, wife, mother of five +1, nonprofit leader, inspirational speaker, writer, international leadership trainer, and urban church planting missionary. Since 2023, she has been an Executive Director and leads Children Rising (Children-Rising.org), serving urban youth and their families in the Bay Area. She partners in ministry with her husband, Port, Executive Director and Associational Missional Strategist of Bridges Bay Area Association, a network of over 175 churches serving the Bay Area, Executive Pastor of Rock Harbor Christian Fellowship and President of the California Southern Baptist Convention. Her love for developing potential and serving has been displayed as a business owner, adviser and educator, ministry and community leader, church planter and mentor, and in nonprofit leadership in the  San Francisco Bay area where she and her husband were called to serve in 2003.
